This magnificent artwork can be seen at The 2nd Street Art Gallery, 131B North Second Street. It is available with a donation of $20 to the Fort Pierce Art Club's Scholarship fund which provides funding for art supplies to local schools and art scholarships to Indian River State College.

Heidi Messina is a watercolor artist, professional color hairstylist, and created the Rocking Polka for the Fort Pierce Art Club in 2022 as a fundraiser.
