The Artists Spotlight - March 28

Nico Rovito is a Fort Pierce-based, self-proclaimed artist and illustrator for over 10 years, with skills in several mediums. Nico works with linocut, traditional illustration, painting, sewing, and a variety of other mediums.

Marit Woods is a Liberian-born, worldly raised, fashion impacted, and an evolving culture enthusiast.  Her company, ARWAY, uses Art as a vehicle for social change and support West African artists.

The Fort Pierce Art Club’s focus for 2025 is centered on our members, with events and initiatives designed to showcase their work and support their artistic journeys.

Artist Receptions at Cool Beans II: ​

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT - FRIDAY - March 28, 2025

• When: Last Friday of each month, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
• Where: Cool Beans II, 1115 Delaware Ave, Fort of Pierce
• Details: Each reception will highlight a member artist, featuring a display of their work and an opportunity for them to share their artistic process. This wine and cheese event will provide members and guests a chance to connect and celebrate the artist’s contributions.

Club Meetings:

2025 Board Meetings: - April 9, 2025

• When: Second Wednesday of each month
• Where: Meetings will be held via Zoom at 8:00 PM or hosted at a board member's home, with the time determined by the host.
• Details: Members are welcome to attend board meetings to provide input, though voting will be limited to board members.​
