Blanca Longo Rancourt is a retired Miami Dade County Police Officer who resides in the Fort Pierce County area. 
She is also a past president of the Garden Club of Fort Pierce Garden, 911 Parkway Blvd, Fort Pierce.  She continues to be very involved with the club, creating beautiful arrangements.

She is a ceramic artist and chose this challenge and created beautiful tribute to flowers on her bike rack.
